I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Chadney to help me find a new home in Central Oregon. I was a little worried about looking at homes in Oregon while still living in Southern California, but Alex quickly showed me how easy it can be by way of video calling. Sure there are things that might go unnoticed, but Alex was very good at describing everything down to the smallest details. He was thorough enough that I was confident that when I was able to make the trip up to Oregon, I did not need as many days in an area hotel before finding the right house at the right price. His knowledge of the area and recently sold houses was a tremendous help guiding me to the right offer amount. Going into escrow and all through the whole process, Alex was available and checked in with me to answer any questions that I had. I found him to be very knowledgeable every step of the way even more so than some of the more seasoned agents I had worked with in the past. He has lived in the Central Oregon area for many years, and it shows in his knowledge of his inventory and all the other aspects of what each town and area has to offer. He was always well informed, professional, and personable. Through my whole search Alex remained very patient and I never felt rushed.
